Requirments. The candidate must have a third level qualification(s) with proven expertise in crop physiology and agronomy and have a strong background in technical sales and marketing. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the industry is preferable, with expert knowledge covering a broad range of crops, including tree fruit, field crops and vegetables. The candidate must have an understanding of plant protection products in addition to crop nutritional requirements. The candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be fluent in English and preferably have a second language such as Spanish. Additional responsibilities include: Organizing agronomic field trials world-wide, including experimental design. To statistically analyse results whenever that is deemed necessary, using the adequate tools; To write reports and organize results in a clear, understandable and scientific manner. Provide technical support and assistance to marketing staff, particularly in Spain and South America. Registrations: advise Quality Control on technical matters to ensure registrations are complete.
