HR Organisational Development Executive. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Organisational Development Executiveto join our team here at Hayfield Family Collection consisting of The Malton, Killarney, Killarney Royal and Hayfield Manor, Cork. Key Responsibilities: Identify the culture, behaviours, processes and working practices. Build team succession strategies with local management and HR Managers. Develop a systematic lifecycle of an employee. Provide support to company’s HR Managers and support to senior management. Be able to assess, implement and design team incentives. Represent Hayfield Family Collection at industry events. Optimise the talent within the company. Develop Hayfield Family Collection risk management objectives. Develop training practices for Hayfield Family Collection. Drive Hayfield Family Collections strategy forward. The Ideal Candidate: 5 years of relevant Human Resources Organisational Development experience. Previous experience managing company wide development and progression programmes. Natural strategic planner. Must have excellent communication skills. Experience with talent acquisition. Strong leadership skills. Driving licence preferable.
