The Job Suite are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for our client in Tralee for a 1 month contract. This contract is to assist the existing team with multiple projects to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have accounts experience. Job Description. Experience working in a busy office environment. General book keeping duties. Responsibility for cash lodgements. Send out invoices in a timely manner. Follow up on debtors and invoices. Responsibility for Petty Cash. Ability to update yourself quickly to assist with multiple projects. Timely and accurate filing of documents. Deal with multiple clients and keep their records up to date. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask to work to deadlines. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word ,Excel and Office. Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as needed or directed. Ideal Candidate. Minimum 2 years' experience working in an administration capacity. General accounts an advantage. Team player. Ability to work on own initiative. Attention to detail a must.
