You will work as part of the HR team and lead in the areas of ER and Generalist HR functions with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the HR team. You will develop and embed the HR strategy for the team, support HR projects and initiatives rollout throughout the company. You will be responsible for the delivery of HR/ER services to the company, performance management, training & development of the HR team and supporting, guiding and advising managers and the HR team.
