OUTLET HEAD CHEF-NEW CONCEPT BISTRO CO. KERRY. Want a new start? Want to work with a great employer? Want to release your creativity? Ideally you will have a mix of restaurant/bistro/hotel experienced in a well know establishment where fresh food is creatively presented on exciting menus. Our client is synonymous with good food and consistently pushes the boundaries in style, comfort and just great food! They are now opening a new bistro style concept very shortly and looking for an Outlet Head Chef to be involved in this new adventure. Style will be French Classics with a twist on Bistro Favourites with a very funky style of food presentation. Prerequisites for this job include: " Minimum of 5 years as a Sous Chef or a current Head chef. " Worked in recognised 'foodie' establishments. " Great knowledge of Kitchen Management (Costings-Portion Control-Menu Writing-Food Presentation. " Works with an all fresh produce kitchen and can produce tantalising and taste execution of all dishes. " Has a great palate for taste and a deadly eye for funky food presentation. " Can work well under pressure. " Can train the kitchen team to all standards required. " Wants to make a name for them selves. Are you the Chef for this fantastic establishment?
