THE ROLE: * Managing a small team of HR Generalists and Administrators with responsibility for the delivery of HR/ER services to the company. * Ensure legal requirements and policies are current and compliant with HR/employment legislation, preparing and updating HR policies & procedures as required. * Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding HR/ER queries. * HR reporting as required to the Department Head. * Coordinate and/or carry out investigations and disciplinary hearings as issues arise. * Monitor service delivery, manage and track progress of HR measures and initiatives. * Coordinate and manage HR projects as required. * Liaising with the IR Manager on Industrial Relations issues as required. * Liaise with other HR functions, e.g. L&D, Salary and Benefits, Talent Acquisition as necessary. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven track record in HR team leadership with at least 2 years leadership experience in a multinational manufacturing setting. * Self-motivated with good management capabilities, flexibility and a strong problem solving approach to issues. * Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork & motivation skills. * Proven organisational skills & experience in managing multiple issues/projects simultaneously. * Recognised HR qualification.
