We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant to join our Accommodation Team here at the Malton, Killarney. Key Responsibilities: To ensure that all guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard on a day to day basis, and that the agreed standards are achieved at all times. Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Dress beds following the standard operating procedure of the hotel. Remove rubbish and room service items and replace used linen. To report all lost property and maintenance issues to the supervisor. Maintain stock levels of stationary, linen, towels and amenity requirements in order to ensure consistency in standards. Check that all appliances are present in the room and are in working order. Dust, polish and vacuum carpet. The successful candidate: Fluent English. Focused on providing a consistently high standard of service and hygiene. Ability to work under pressure.
