We are a small Architectural Firm based in Macroom, Co. Cork.  We work on a lot of domestic, educational and small commercial projects so I believe there is a great opportunity for the right candidate with a good mix of projects and hands on opportunity. Due to an ever increasing workload, we are in need of an Architectural Technologist/Technician. The candidate will need to be able to liaise on a daily basis with the Director to ensure the smooth day-to day running of multiple projects. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years experience and be proficient in Revit Architecture, have strong technical knowledge and detailing skills in domestic and small commercial projects. Have experience in preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages and construction documentation.  Have a good working knowledge of the BCAR/BCMS and have strong communication skills. Construction site experience an advantage.  .
