Administrator. We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our Team at The Malton, Killarney. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general administration duties on a daily basis. Administration of all documentation for new starters and leavers. Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information. Carry out the administrative tasks in the recruitment process, e.g., prepare recruitment documents; draft and place adverts; manage applications; schedule interviews etc. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated to new and existing staff. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are kept up to date. Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training sessions. Assist with the induction of new employees. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, letters of employment etc. Skills Required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Fluent English is essential. Strong attention to detail. Ability to deal with sensitive situations in a confidential manner.
