Breakfast/ Lunch Chef- Kenmare Co. Kerry. Our client in Kenmare operates a busy eatery that has food all day. They are seeking a Chef that will oversee breakfast, lunch and prep for dinner service. Ideally you will have 3-5 years post college experience gained and be an all-rounder in cooking of breakfast, lunches, soups, sauces, pies, vegetable prep etc. This may suit an experienced chef that wants day time role 5/7 days. Main responsibilities are: Breakfast Cooking. Lunch Cooking. Dinner Prep. Kitchen Hygiene & HACCP Documentation. Portion Control. Wastage. Working on own and part of small team. This position is an early start of approx. 7 am with a finish at 4pm so commitment is required. All year round position Salary Approx €27,000 Per annum.
