EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED HOTEL FINANCIAL CONTROLLER IN CO.KERRY. We are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Financial Controller reporting to Senior Management/Directors. For this role you must have an eye for detail, a strong financial management background and hotel experience. The role: " Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow. " Preparation of weekly financial reports including forecasting, payroll, cashflow. " Provide budget variance analysis. " Assist all departments in achieving their budgets and targets. " Management of the finance team. " Implement and maintain control procedures throughout the hotel. " Ensure sales are recorded accurately in all departments. " Ensure that cash handling procedures are followed throughout the hotel. " Ensure Debtors controls are maintained and payments are collected in an effective manner. " Ensure Creditors controls are maintained including monitoring of PO system, invoice processing and creditor reconciliations. " Preparation and filing of VAT and PAYE, compliance with Revenue. " Ownership of all aspects of the financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting day to day finance operations. " Liaise with auditors and work to improve internal controls. The Candidate: " Must be computer literate. " Must have 3- years' experience in Hotel finance. " Have a clear vision of the successful company standards throughout. " Strong financial acumen required when dealing with teams and board level. " Must have strong exposure to working and multi-tasking as this is a busy role. " Strong ability to produce excellent reports to the General Manager and board members. " Qualified Accountant is prerequisite for this 360 role. Salary €DOE.
